How to Build a $10 Million a Year Empire (Part 4)

Most people recognize the importance of building a large list of customers and prospects. 

This list could bring you a source of nearly endless, recurring, passive income from the products and services your list members buy over and over, year after year.

But you’re now about to discover a new source of cash flow you can generate from your list, one that almost no one talks about, let alone implements.

This simple idea, by itself, can put you miles ahead of your competition and dramatically increase the pace at which you can achieve your financial and business goals.

Here’s there idea:

Imagine for a moment that people representing a mere 5% of your list each sold 5 units of your product or service this year.   

What if members representing 10% of your list each sold 10,20,50 or 100 units? What would that do to your bottom line?

Now, project yourself into the future when you have built a much larger list and 5% or 10% of your ever- growing list continues to sell on your behalf with almost no extra involvement by you.

Would that make a difference in your financial picture?

For most businesses, this is a completely untapped source of substantial passive income.

“But,” you might say, “my customers aren’t sales people.” 

On the contrary.

Your customers are some of your very best sales people.  They have purchased your products. They have used your services.  They know what the benefits are. More than likely, they’ve referred some people to you.

Depending on your niche, some of these customers likely work in sales themselves.  They may also be members of groups that could offer your products and services to “their” members.

Prospects on your list could suddenly become customers and find reason to promote your products —provided they are properly incentivized.

Granted, a large portion of those on your list will have absolutely no interest in selling. In fact, the idea may sound  foreign and maybe a little awkward to you. But don’t pre-judge. 

You can be almost assured by simple statistical chance that a percentage of those on your list would jump at an opportunity to make some extra income, even if to just offset the cost of buying from you.

All you need to do is purchase some affiliate management software to help track affiliates and payouts, create some inexpensive training materials, and announce your opportunity to your list.
